We accept bank transfer (DuitNow / IBG) and TNG eWallet. Payment details will be shared after you confirm your order via WhatsApp.
We ship via GDEX. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for Peninsular Malaysia. You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel is dropped off.

Yes — free shipping on all orders during our launch period (first 2 weeks). Standard shipping rates apply after that.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, for items that are unused and in original condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Take a photo of the damage and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Keep away from water. Charge with the included USB cable. Avoid dropping or placing heavy objects on the light. Do not use in temperatures above 40°C. When not in use for extended periods, store in a cool, dry place.
Yes — all Aurra Studio products come with a 1-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or water exposure.
