Delivery areas

We currently ship to Peninsular Malaysia only via GDEX courier. East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) is not available yet.

Shipping fee

Free shipping on all orders during our launch period (first 2 weeks after launch). Standard rate of RM 8–12 applies after that, depending on location.

Delivery time

Orders are processed and dropped off with GDEX within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch.

A GDEX tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp once your parcel is on its way.

Packaging

All items are bubble-wrapped and packed in a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.

Returns policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation via WhatsApp) must be provided

Items that are damaged due to misuse, dropped, or exposed to water are not eligible for return.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your item
Share your order details and reason for return
We'll confirm eligibility and provide the return address
Ship the item back (return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the item was defective)
Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the 1-month warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Just send us a photo on WhatsApp — no hassle.
